Phase Guard

Survival / Invulnerability

Temporary invulnerability that evolves from panic protection into aggressive body-checking.

Phase Guard keeps you alive when runs turn ugly. Its scaling adds speed, an ending pulse, and eventually lets you weaponize the invulnerable state itself.

Work in progress: This entry reflects the current implementation. Balance, effects, names, visuals, progression, and even the number of levels may change during development.

5s invulnerability, 1.25x speed for 2s.

Level 2

Level 2

5s invulnerability, 1.4x speed for 3s.

Level 3

Level 3

5.5s invulnerability, 1.5x speed for 4s. When the invulnerability expires, a 9m pulse knocks enemies away up to 14m and deals 60 damage.

6s invulnerability, 1.65x speed for 4.5s, larger ending pulse.

Level 5

6s invulnerability, 1.8x speed for 5s. While phasing, touching enemies damages and knocks them aside on a per-target cooldown, then the ending pulse still fires at full strength.
